• AI Agents: You give them a goal (e.g., "Help me organize this week's customer complaints and respond to them"), and they will plan the steps, operate tools, execute tasks, check results, and iterate until completion.

What Can AI Agents Do

• Automatically operate browsers, fill out forms, and extract data (such as Browse AI)
• Connect your tools and data to automate workflows (such as Lindy, Manus, and Gumloop)
• Write code in libraries and submit PRs (such as Devin and Jules)
• Handle phone calls as voice customer service (such as Vapi and Synthflow)

What to Know Before Using

Agents will "make decisions on their own," so it's essential to provide clear goals and boundaries and reserve human confirmation for critical steps. Be extra cautious when dealing with account permissions and sensitive data.
